USANA Canada Health Ambassador Award

USANA Canada has established the Health Ambassador Award to recognize associates who demonstrate their commitment in promoting a healthy lifestyle and made significant contributions to providing health care education and knowledge to their friends, family, prospects, customers and teammates.

The award criteria do not necessarily emphasize sales or enrolment performance or years with USANA (although these may be used as secondary factors in our internal selection process).

Nominees must meet the following criteria:

  •  A current associate of USANA Canada
  • Currently maintains an AO
  • Consistent and successful in recommending and selling USANA products
  • Regularly holds and/or presents in meetings, events, workshops or public events on health and/or USANA product-related subjects
  • Supports community health activities and significantly enhances the quality of life of others
  • Is exemplary in living a healthy lifestyle
  • Gives freely of their health and USANA product knowledge
  • Always accessible to help others and willingly and readily available to help train other associates and to provide health consultation where needed


Customer Service Excellence Ambassador Award
USANA Canada has established the Customer Service Excellence Ambassador Award to recognize associates who demonstrate their commitment in providing great customer experience through service excellence. They exemplify high quality customer service standards and regularly exceed customer service expectations. They have also made significant contributions to providing service education and knowledge to associates.

The award criteria do not necessarily emphasize sales or enrolment performance or years with USANA (although these may be used as secondary factors in our internal selection process).

Nominees must meet the following criteria:

  • A current associate of USANA Canada
  • Currently maintains an AO 
  • Regular customers/PCs who maintained AOs
  • Consistent and successful in recommending and selling USANA products 
  • Provides value-added service and benefits to their customers through conducting regular parties and after-sales service
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and demeanor during interactions with customers
  • Exceptional customer service, cares for customers and always responsive to their needs
  • Resourceful in solving customers’ issues and in providing solutions, always patient, flexible and adaptable
  • Collaborates with USANA in enhancing customer service through regular feedback and suggestions
  •  Utilizes tools of USANA such as Customer Connect, social selling links, and Ask the Scientists
